Through the League, women interested in empowering women and children in need can also develop their leadership potential and skills, while directly making an impact in the Greensboro community and making connections and friends along the way.
Membership in The Junior League of Greensboro is open to women of all races, religions, and national origins who share in our commitment to volunteerism and to improving our community.
If you’re interested in making a difference in your community, developing your leadership potential, and want to surround yourself with an international organization of like-minded, motivated women, the Junior League of Greensboro is the organization for you.
We offer Fall and Spring Provisional courses each year. To learn more about joining League, please contact our League Headquarters at 336.852.5542 or visit the Become a Member page.
Junior League membership is divided into levels: Provisional, Active, Sustainer, and Sustainer Emeritus. Provisional status is reserved for members in their first year of membership, which is dedicated to training. Provisional status is followed by Active membership, then Sustainer status, followed by an option of Sustainer Emeritus status for members who are 80 years or older.
